3. It can be the best way to grow out your hair, with minimal damage

My sweet friend came into my salon with some pretty damaged hair (being a color-retouch, bleach blonde took its final toll) and looking for a little help to get grow her hair back out. With a little reassurance, and a few promises later, she finally let me talk her into letting me do a rooty balayage. I used demi permanent so it would be easier to change up (if she didn’t like it) and eventually fade out so we could try something different if she’d like! The final results say it all, she will have to come in every 4-6 weeks, depending on the desired look, but no more beach for this gal for a while!!
